One Of A Kind Side Table

One Of A Kind Side Table

The creative mind works in mysterious ways, well at least mine does :) I don't have much to say about this piece of furniture other then it came together exactly how I envisioned it. It may not be tasteful to most but I LOVE it.

I see this table as an example of how a Godly marriage can be. Two sinners (or old, broken pieces of furniture) bound together in Christ, creating an impact for God in this world (otherwise noted as a functioning piece of furniture).

Ok, that didn't come across as beautifully as it did in my head, but I hope you get the idea. God can use the most unlikely of people for amazing things!

Here is the desk and stool before.

A little how to:

1. Removed the drawer fronts, nail the fronts back on

2. Closed up the back with an old drawer bottom I had in the basement

3. Gorilla glued and screwed the stool legs to the inside of the desk (desk bottom was missing)

4. Done!
